15 Second Summary	Simonides is a Fatebinder, a combination of lawyer, judge and executioner in the service of Kyros the Overlord. He's not a guy who has a problem with the world-conquering per se, but he tries to be reasonable and fair with terrified villagers and rebel soldiers and such, which makes his fellow minions consider him dangerously softhearted. He's taciturn, no-nonsense, and doesn't like to make waves unless the waves come to him.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	In his own world, can control ancient magical artifacts known as Spires to rain down fire and lightning and darkness on his foes. In Sidereal, can swing a hammer real good and reach things from high shelves.
